The Single Wing is a team offense, one that involves all the kids and does not count on one stud player to bring the team. In 2015 I had 12 different kids score touchdowns and my leading rush has come from 3 of the 4 various backfield positions in the last 5 seasons. Unlike many offenses, you do not require a stud to bring the team at specific football positions.
What is high representative? 10 is the bare minimum. Again, this is about psychological and physical toughening. 10 may be the limit if the bag is very heavy. Experiment and use both heavy bags and medium with mixed rep varieties.
